Selection process

If you are invited for an interview, this typically takes place 3-4 weeks after receipt of your application. At this interview, the head of the relevant department and/or an employee from the HR Department will be present.

Your preparation before the interview is essential for both you and us to get the best possible basis for decision. We thus expect that you have questions about us or the specific job.

If we subsequently think there is a basis for possible employment, you will be invited for a second interview – assuming of course that you also would like to work for us.
